Although, any two classes are equal extensionally, universals are not equal. There are natural laws that relate universals. Because of that, inductive inferences have survival value. Thus creatures using intensions can have survival value that would not be possible if the natural laws did not exist. The natural laws existing because not all universals, unlike classes, are not created equal.
